Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager in solar EPC or renewable energy construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team from mobilization through FC and handover.
• Ensure safe working conditions and enforce company and state safety regulations.
• Oversee construction, testing, commissioning, and SCADA installation.
