Job summary

Sol-Up seeks a highly motivated Setter Manager to lead and develop the Solar Setter Team. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate setters while overseeing daily field activities and appointment quality.

This role requires a strong sales leadership background and experience in solar or door-to-door canvassing, with a drive for results. You will manage performance, establish activity benchmarks, and collaborate with the Closing Team to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or lead generation.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the Setter Team to achieve goals.
• Recruit and onboard qualified Solar Setters.
• Train setters on processes, products, lead-generation, and appointment-setting strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Set daily/weekly activity expectations and monitor progress.
• Track activity, leads, appointments, sit rates, and performance.
• Ensure appointment quality meets standards and works with Closing Team.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and identify underperformers.
• Develop action plans and advance high-performers for leadership.
• Manage field territories and daily canvassing activities.
• Ensure CRM entries for leads and appointments are accurate.
• Maintain performance reports and report to Sales Leadership.
