Job summary

Sol-Up - Nevada is seeking motivated Solar Setters to join our field sales team. You will generate and qualify residential solar leads by engaging with homeowners, educate them on solar energy, and schedule qualified appointments for the Closing Team.

Prior solar or sales experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a field-based, performance-driven contractor role with flexible scheduling.

• Experience in solar, sales, canvassing, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
• No prior solar experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and other lead-generation methods.
• Introduce homeowners to solar energy and benefits.
• Identify and qualify homeowners for a solar consultation.
• Ask questions to understand needs and eligibility.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the Closing Team.
• Enter and maintain lead/appointment info in CRM.
• Follow up with leads and appointments as required.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners.
• Meet/exceed lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Represent the company and brand professionally.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety rules, laws.
