Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical systems, solar experience, OSHA 10, and strong communication to update customers and document work. This field role offers full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years electrical repair experience, preferably solar.
• Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on solar panels and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on solar equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Ensure safe, compliant work and communicate progress to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized work sites and proper documentation.
