Sol-Up is seeking a Solar Electrician to join our Installation team in California. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical components of solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted sites, working safely and in compliance with codes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of solar electrical installation, battery, and repair experience preferred
- OSHA 30 certification is required or obtainable
- Licensed electrician with solar PV installation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Install electrical components of solar PV systems including panels, inverters, EV chargers
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations
- Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems for optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry codes at all times
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and inventory
