Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a solar technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical wiring.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of solar panels and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
• Conduct electrical safety checks and troubleshooting tasks to prevent potential system failures.
• Remove, reinstall, and replace defective solar panels and inverters.
• Update service records and maintain detailed logs of work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during site visits and repairs.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment for maintenance and repair.
• Work with customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform site assessments for new installations or repairs.
