Job summary

ION Solar, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair solar array racking, seal roof penetrations, and install related equipment. Construction, roofing, and electrical backgrounds are essential; solar experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, completing projects per policy, and ensuring safety and quality. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work with a team while communicating with customers professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year construction experience in electrical, roofing, or framing.
• Solar experience preferred.
• Electrical and roofing experience preferred.
• OSHA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble solar array racking and seal roof penetrations; install related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
• Complete projects within established policies and procedures.
• Meet project time frames and budgets.
• Maintain quality assurance and crew safety.
• Communicate with customers professionally and respectfully.
