Job summary

SunPower Corporation in Orem, UT seeks a Ready to Schedule Team member for Project Management. This full-time role focuses on escalating and resolving front-end project blockers from point of sale to installation, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in sales operations or escalation roles, and experience with Salesforce/Enerflo. Strong ownership and analytical skills are essential to improving installation calendars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years in sales operations, account management, or escalation roles; solar/home services preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Enerflo, Enzy, Merdeka or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex front-of-funnel operational issues.
• Review pipeline for aging or at-risk projects and drive timely progress.
• Communicate with customers to obtain documents and resolve blockers.
• Act as SME across the front-end project pipeline to ensure accurate handling.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce and Enerflo with cross-department coordination.
• Escalate systemic issues to leadership when affecting performance.
