Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Greentech Renewables division, seeks driven individuals for its Management Trainee program in Phoenix. This 24‑month leadership track prepares you to run a multi‑million‑dollar branch after the training period, with hands‑on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, logistics, and project management.

No prior industry experience is required as we provide tools, mentorship, and formal training to help you succeed and relocate across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future).
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities within our growing national organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn core aspects of business operations and company philosophy.
• Participate in structured 24-month rotational training.
• Through in-person training and online coursework, develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations.
• Develop skills in inventory management, procurement, project management, sales, operations and leadership to lead branch operations after completion.
• Support commercial solar projects from planning and procurement through delivery and execution.
• Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive successful outcomes.
