Illuminate USA, headquartered near Columbus, seeks a Sales Manager to grow solar module sales across the Eastern United States. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will cultivate relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, and distributors to expand Illuminate USA's customer base.

You will develop regional strategies, manage complex, high-value opportunities from engagement through contract execution, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling solar modules or in renewable energy.
• Established relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, or distributors.
• Proven ability to manage large, high-value opportunities and negotiate.
• Experience building regional sales strategies and forecasts.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. solar market, purchasing processes, and competitive landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a regional East Coast sales strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, distributors, and other strategic customers.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to contract closing.
• Develop a strong pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Partner with VP of Sales to set regional priorities and targets.
• Travel regularly within the East Coast and to Illuminate USA's facility as needed.
