The Role

Daylight is hiring a Full-Cycle Solar Sales Executive to drive direct revenue growth for our solar subscription (PPA) offering. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from qualifying leads to closing deals—and play a key part in helping more customers take control of their energy needs by lowering their electric bills with solar. You'll work closely with our operations team to move quickly, deliver real value, and scale impact across the country.

This role is remote (US-based).

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, consultation, and close
  • Convert inbound leads and run targeted outbound outreach campaigns
  • Educate homeowners on Daylight’s solar subscription (PPA) model and drive urgency
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active opportunities
  • Input and maintain accurate, high-quality CRM data in HubSpot
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly PPA origination targets and app referral goals
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years of full-cycle (first call -> contract signed) sales experience in Solar sales with high volume and shorter sales cycles
  • Proven phone sales skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and move deals through a pipeline with efficiency and urgency
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deals at once
  • Highly resourceful, self-directed, and motivated to exceed goals
  • Clear communicator with excellent CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot)
