Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to build relationships and close solar deals in the field. You will meet homeowners for in-home consultations and close deals with the best product mix. Our team supports you with qualified appointments and a proven process.

You’ll earn base pay plus uncapped commissions and have opportunities for professional advancement in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Outside sales (in-home) preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present solar options and close deals.
• Coordinate with appointment setters to schedule in-home visits.
• Explain financing options and track record to help customers switch to solar.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
