Job summary

Venture Home Group in Cranberry Township is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join a high-performance team. You will build relationships with homeowners, present solar options, and close deals with a proven track record.

We offer base salary plus uncapped commission, a 401k match, health, dental and vision insurance, paid training, paid time off, referral program, and clear opportunities for advancement. A reliable vehicle and a license are required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Outside sales (In-home sales) preferred.
• Solar experience welcomed.

About The Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem 'too good to be true'.

A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND A LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
