Job summary

Venture Home in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to build relationships with homeowners, present solar solutions and close deals. You will work with our appointment-setting team to meet clients and tailor the best combination of products and financing.

This role emphasizes education about solar, including how the project is paid for, and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, 401k matching, benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high-performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".
