Job summary

Venture Home in the Baltimore area is seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to build relationships with homeowners and close solar deals. The role includes handling in-home sales and representing a high-performance team.

Expect a base salary plus uncapped commission with an opportunity to earn between six and seven figures in OTE, backed by a strong support system and paid training. A reliable vehicle and license are required.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced, driven Solar Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and closing deals. If you are a proven sales professional looking for a high‑performance environment with a strong support system, this is the right place for you.

Our appointment‑setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.

We view the sales process in solar to be educational and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn’t seem “too good to be true”.
