Solar Gaines in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Safety and Training Specialist to support field operations by coordinating safety procedures on commercial solar installations. This role ensures all sites meet safety standards and regulations while fostering a culture of safety awareness among teams.

You will conduct inspections, lead training, maintain safety documentation, and collaborate with project teams to set safety goals and training schedules across the workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge and application of OSHA standards and construction site safety regulations.
• Proven experience providing safety leadership on construction sites.
• Ability to use and instruct others on proper PPE.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
