Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction experience desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• CRM systems and virtual meeting tools proficiency.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to warm inbound and field leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs.
• Present solar and roofing solutions tailored to customers.
• Close deals and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records and build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective home presentations (in-person or virtual).
