Trinity Solar is seeking an Home Improvement Sales Consultant focused on warm leads in Rhode Island. You will close deals, present solar and roofing solutions, and grow a robust pipeline with the support of a strong marketing and field team.

Your success comes from leveraging inbound warm leads, consultative discovery, and a high-earning commission structure with ongoing coaching and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Cell phone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
