Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join its team inside designated Lowe's locations in the Northeast. You will educate homeowners about solar energy and energy savings, qualify prospects, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with Energy Consultants.

A strong communicator with a customer-first attitude will thrive in this role. OTE opportunities range from $55,000 to $85,000 annually, with competitive hourly pay and uncapped commissions, plus full-time benefits

Responsibilities

• Represent Venture Home professionally inside assigned Lowe's retail locations.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about solar energy and home energy savings.
• Qualify homeowners based on basic solar eligibility criteria.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for complimentary in-home consultations with a Venture Home Energy Consultant.
• Accurately document customer information and appointments.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products, promotions, and industry knowledge.
• Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
