Mortenson is seeking a skilled Solar PV training coordinator to lead classroom and field-based technical instruction for utility-scale construction. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with project leadership to strengthen craft knowledge, safety practices, and field execution.

The role requires delivering instructor-led modules, hands-on labs, assessments, and performance evals, coordinating across multiple projects, and ensuring resources are prepared for each session.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom/field training facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional methods, and hands-on skill evaluation.
• Working knowledge of utility-scale Solar PV construction methods, drawings, and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Solar PV-focused technical training, including modules, labs, and evaluations.
• Coordinate classroom instruction, online learning, labs, and field evaluations across projects.
• Prepare training materials, tools, drawings, and installation requirements for sessions.
• Coach instructors and span of control to ensure consistent delivery and evaluation standards.
