Core Development Group seeks a Site Supervisor to lead on-site solar PV construction projects. You will coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical work, ensure adherence to NEC, and safeguard safety and quality across multiple sites in the NY/NJ/PA region.

Strong leadership, drawing interpretation, and project management are essential for timely delivery. Travel is up to 95%, and you will liaise between field crews and project management while promoting accountability and best practices in

Formación

• Journeyman/licensed Electrician.
• OSHA 30 Certification and NYOSHA SST.
• Deep knowledge of NEC/IBC and PV industry practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical installations on site.
• Ensure NEC and PV standards compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and inspect work.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
• Track NCRs and CARs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead field-level safety enforcement with third-party teams.
• Travel up to 95% to NY/NJ/PA locations.
