Job summary

Centrica Business Solutions US is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee on-site project management for solar PV initiatives and related energy projects. You will lead subcontractors, enforce safety plans, and drive project timelines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial solar on-site roles, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of NEC and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing jobsites with multiple trades in commercial construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience as site superintendent or foreman for commercial solar projects.
• Experience with commercial solar construction practices and interconnections, rooftop racking, and O&M/service troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and maintenance troubleshooting, including diagnostics on solar inverters and strings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to meet customer expectations and Centrica standards.
• Provide leadership and hands-on participation to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
