Job summary

SunCommon is seeking an Install Crew Supervisor to lead PV installations in a field/office hybrid role with time spent on active sites. You will guide crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Design and Ops teams to drive efficiency across Vermont and surrounding regions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in solar leadership, NABCEP certification preferred, and a strong focus on on-site execution, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading solar installations in residential and commercial settings.
• Electrical license or relevant experience preferred.
• NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification preferred.
• Experience setting up monitoring for PV systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV installations safely and efficiently on site.
• Coordinate installation flow with Crew Leads.
• Provide on-site leadership and role as Crew Lead when needed.
• Identify blockers early and propose solutions.
• Ensure safety standards and NEC compliance on all installs.
