Job summary

SunstallInc. seeks an experienced Solar Project Supervisor to oversee field operations for utility-scale and commercial solar construction projects across the United States.

You will lead field crews, coordinate with management and other trades, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion in accordance with project specs. This role requires extensive travel to project sites nationwide, OSHA 30 certification, and a proven track record in ground-mount solar construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of utility-scale or commercial solar construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or field management experience.
• OSHA30 Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and supervise crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, GC, Owner, and trades.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and QA standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust labor/equipment to meet goals.
• Document scope changes and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on site.
• Maintain organized workflow throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports: production, labor, safety, quality.
