Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or equivalent in construction.
• Understanding of PV system installation on ground/roof sites.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, or maintain PV systems per schematics and site guidance.
• Use hand and power tools to install modules and framing.
• Lay out and mount modules and supports; apply weather sealing.
• Ensure safe operation, follow lockout/tagout, and report hazards.
• Inspect work, verify system performance, and document operations.
