Job summary

MasTec, Inc. seeks a Solar Technician Helper to assist in assembling, installing, and maintaining photovoltaic systems on rooftops and structures.

You will use hand and power tools to follow drawings and schematics, lay out and install solar modules, and coordinate with other trades to ensure safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include strict adherence to safety policies, on-site risk assessments, and maintaining organized work areas while supporting the Solar Technician to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience as a laborer or helper in construction domains.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV construction craft.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Solar Technician to assemble, install, or maintain PV systems on roofs or structures.
