Job summary

CS Power Systems in Mesquite, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and closeout of a large solar module manufacturing facility project. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, equipment suppliers, and construction teams to keep schedules and budgets on track.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with industrial projects, preferably in solar/PV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction coordination, manufacturing engineering, equipment installation, or related field, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing plant construction, factory expansions, equipment installation, commissioning, or other industrial projects is strongly preferred; solar/PV manufacturing experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of the 2GW solar module auxiliary materials manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, equipment suppliers, contractors, construction, manufacturing, EHS, quality, logistics, and corporate teams.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and key activities; identify schedule risks and communicate them to the Project Manager.
