Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking a Sr. Master Planner Specialist to be on-site in Mesquite, TX. You will lead master production schedules across multiple sites and translate forecasts into executable plans to optimize capacity and inventory.

Seeking 5+ years in manufacturing planning with strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MAPICS, MACPAC). Collaboration across functions and data-driven decision-making are essential in this high-impact solar energy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years in manufacturing planning or operations planning.
3+ years in Master Planning or supply chain leadership.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Advanced ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MAPICS, MACPAC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of enterprise master production schedules across multiple sites.
Translate demand forecasts, customer orders, inventory targets into executable production plans.
Develop and maintain rolling production plans to optimize capacity, labor efficiency, and inventory.
Manage finite and rough-cut capacity planning to identify bottlenecks and mitigation plans.
Ensure level-loaded production schedules supporting customer commitments.
