Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of a 2GW solar module materials facility in Texas. You will align engineering, procurement, suppliers, and construction teams to meet milestones and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project coordination, excellent communication, and experience with international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction coordination, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience with manufacturing plant construction, equipment installation, or industrial projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and track schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of the manufacturing facility project.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, equipment suppliers, contractors, construction, manufacturing, EHS, quality, logistics, and corporate teams.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks and communicate them.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation per document-control processes; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Track procurement, shipment, delivery, installation, and readiness of equipment and materials; liaise with suppliers and site teams.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to support timely project execution.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration with safety, quality, schedule, and operational readiness focus.
