Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience on large-scale projects.
• 3+ years directly executing solar and BESS projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with long durations on site.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead across the organization.
• Experience reading EPC contracts and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Execute solar PV projects within budget and schedule.
• Direct PM activities and liaison with stakeholders.
• Drive project execution and maintain client relationships.
• Review progress, risks, and cost control.
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, and installers.
• Prepare and negotiate construction bids and terms.
• Provide site evaluation and due diligence when required.
