Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for a 100% on-site Indiana role. You will support a Project Manager on solar energy projects from notice to proceed through client acceptance, collaborating with Estimating during pre-bid and buyout to align field needs.

You will help plan, coordinate, and execute project activities, manage schedules, and oversee budget and safety requirements. A background in construction management or similar is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on solar energy projects from NTP through client acceptance.
• Work with Estimating during pre-bid and buyout to address field needs.
• Resolve issues through face-to-face communication.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate activities for project execution.
• Participate in conceptual development/estimating and aid organization and scheduling.
• Support project administration to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Contract administration, schedule management, budgeting and cost reporting, financial analysis, and risk management.
