Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks an on-site Project Coordinator for solar energy projects based in Arkansas. You will support the Project Manager from notice to proceed through client acceptance, coordinating with estimating and field staff to ensure success.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management, with emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/EE or related field.
• OSHA 10 Hour Minimum, SWPPP Training.
• Basic knowledge of project management phases and safety regulations.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and job specs for civil and electrical work.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on solar energy projects from notice to proceed through client acceptance.
• Coordinate with Estimating during pre-bid and buyout to address field needs.
• Solve problems and resolve issues through direct communication.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate activities for project execution as a personal business.
• Aid in conceptual development, estimating, scheduling, and organization.
• Support project administration to ensure design, budget, and schedule.
