Job summary

PSG Energy Group, part of the Envelop Group family, offers a paid internship in Indianapolis, IN, focused on solar project development and energy efficiency opportunities. You will collaborate with engineers across development, design, construction, and post-construction activities and gain hands-on experience in energy assessments and proposal preparation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with a 3.0+ GPA, possess strong data analysis and Excel skills,

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3.0+ GPA.
Ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data.
Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineers to support development, design, construction, and post-construction activities.
Assist with energy assessments including baseline profiles and retrofit analysis.
Analyze utility bill and sub-meter data for buildings or systems.
Evaluate project requirements to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
Prepare technical content, proposals, and feasibility analyses; provide peer reviews.
Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders throughout phases.
Perform other duties as required.
