Job summary

You will collaborate with engineers across development, design, construction, and post-construction activities and gain hands-on experience in energy assessments and proposal preparation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with a 3.0+ GPA, possess strong data analysis and Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3.0+ GPA.
• Ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers to support development, design, construction, and post-construction activities.
• Assist with energy assessments including baseline profiles and retrofit analysis.
• Analyze utility bill and sub-meter data for buildings or systems.
• Evaluate project requirements to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare technical content, proposals, and feasibility analyses; provide peer reviews.
• Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders throughout phases.
• Perform other duties as required.
