Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior, or enrolled in a graduate program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter, organize, and analyze execution data to support project tracking and team decision-making.
• Review project and estimating data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve execution processes.
• Explore practical uses of AI tools to improve estimating approaches, project reporting, schedule management, and support more effective project planning.
• Support administration and refinement of safe harbor strategies, adapting our business to changes in tax policy and other market fluctuations.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts and special projects that support the broader Energy Execution team.
• Coordinate assigned project work, document findings, and communicate progress and recommendations to team members.
