Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Ex- manufacturing experience is valued.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience; other relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains housekeeping.
• 0perates and maintains tools and equipment to meet quality/productivity.
• Completes required training within set timeframe.
• Provides on-the-job training to teammates when requested.
• Maintains equipment and performs maintenance with hand tools/instruments.
• Interfaces with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms.
• Monitors process data and makes decisions to maintain process control.
• Escalates issues and communicates clearly with team and leadership.
• Works with cross-functional teams to run tests and solve problems.
• Collects data and provides written/oral reports as requested.
• Manages inventory and ensures waste is discarded timely.
