Job summary

Rivulet Energy Corp. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily solar panel manufacturing operations. You will supervise staff, schedule production, ensure quality, manage equipment coordination, and enforce safety and process standards.

You will maintain records, track performance metrics, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ten years of manufacturing experience, with at least five years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in solar, electronics, or high‑volume automated assembly manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with production, inventory, or ERP software systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff and daily manufacturing activities across shifts.
• Plan, execute, and adjust warehouse schedules to meet output targets and customer demand.
• Monitor production lines for quality, material flow, and process adherence.
• Maintain production records, performance metrics, and reporting documentation.
• Oversee equipment operation and coordinate with maintenance for repairs or preventive service.
• Ensure proper handling, staging, and usage of raw materials and components.
