Job summary

Invenergy seeks a Solar O&M Technician to join the on-site team responsible for monitoring and maintaining a PV plant (>30 MW) and energy storage systems. You will report to the maintenance supervisor, supervise contractors, and ensure accurate records and compliance with safety procedures.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, solid knowledge of PV systems and electrical basics, and proactive communication with operations teams; English proficiency is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of PV systems and electrical installations.
• Understanding of safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Ability to operate and monitor solar plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations in real time.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and contractors.
• Operate PV plant (>30 MW) and BESS (>100 MWh).
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports.
• Manage work orders and reports in EAM system.
