Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical systems and safety principles (LOTO, electrical safety).
• Ability to read/write in English and communicate across teams.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and ability to work independently or in crews.

Responsibilities

• Perform/assist with preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of solar PV sites and substations in California's Central Valley.
• Operate and maintain inverters, trackers, DC/AC collection equipment and distribution systems.
• Prepare switching and clearance orders; participate in safety and environmental compliance.
• Assist with plant orders, procedures, and operating instructions; contribute to training.
