Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Superintendent to provide input and technical expertise for pile installation construction projects. You will supervise on-site Field Engineers and General Foremen to ensure safe, productive work and cost control in line with project specifications.

You will schedule crews, equipment, and subcontractors, mentor staff, enforce safety rules, review cost performance, and support site management with RFI development and coordination across trades to deliver

Qualifications

• Utility-scale solar pile installation experience.
• Experience supervising pile installation crews.
• Experience managing pile production, quality, and safety performance.
• Knowledge of pile installation challenges, including refusal and embedment issues.
• GPS/Trimble experience is required.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with survey and QA/QC teams.
• Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
• Relocation to community of project site is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise General Foremen, Field Engineers and Foremen on-site to ensure best use of company resources.
• Schedule labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors within the work discipline.
• Ensure safe working conditions and safety procedures on the project.
• Communicate with Site Manager on project issues and status.
• Mentor Field Coordinators and Field Engineers on costs, quality, and safety.
• Assist in RFI development and technical accuracy.
