Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Business Support Analyst to oversee the financial and operational processes of a major solar operation. You will manage OPEX, CAPEX, and utility invoices, code them correctly, and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues using Oracle and SAP.

You will also handle AFE lifecycle activities, budgeting support, and accruals, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Related university degree or technical diploma required, with five years of related experience or equivalent certification.
• Highly independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a drive for excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for OPEX, CAPEX, and utilities from submission to payment with accuracy.
• Resolve AP issues by reviewing POs, change orders, and discrepancies.
• Record material receipts in Oracle and ensure alignment with financial records.
• Manage the full AFE lifecycle in Oracle, including approvals and closure.
• Support monthly/annual OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to monthly accrual processes for accurate reporting.
• Assist with annual operations budget activities and project setups.
