Job summary

Arch Electric, Inc. seeks a Solar O&M Technician 3 to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of solar energy systems. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize panels, inverters, and system components, with optional site installations and commissioning as needed.

Role involves traveling throughout the Midwest on a road-based schedule, performing outdoor work in various weather, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while documenting activities for clients and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of solar maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• NABCEP commissioning and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment operations to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on solar sites.
• Commission Utility sites with assistance of Technician level 4.
• Complete necessary client documentation and submit to Operations.
• Perform IR scans and IV curve trace.
