Job summary

Solar Landscape seeks O&M Technicians at multiple experience levels to join our growing Operations & Management team, ensuring reliable performance and safety of commercial solar systems. Whether newer to the field or highly experienced, you will help maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize solar performance in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Tier 3–4 technicians will lead troubleshooting and mentor junior team members, with duties including inspections and performance optimization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tech certification is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems.
• Able to work safely at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and related electrical and mechanical systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Capture and review thermal imaging during system and property inspections.
• Monitor system performance data and assist with performance optimization and corrective maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support commissioning and ensure new solar installations meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, documenting maintenance, repairs, and system performance data.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work vehicle in good working order.
• Senior-level technicians (Tier 3–4) will lead troubleshooting efforts, provide advanced diagnostics, and mentor junior team members.
