Qualifications

• Hands-on field work in renewable energy or related environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals, and specs.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and electrical/mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily project system issues to meet uptime goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive tasks on solar and related equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components such as inverters, switchgear, transformers, and control systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to operators as needed.
