• Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive, create, schedule, and manage O&M work orders through completion.
• Coordinate service appointments with customers, technicians, crews, and subcontractors.
• Provide clear, timely updates on scheduling and system status to customers.
