Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on field maintenance in electrical, mechanical, or industrial settings.
• Renewable energy facility experience preferred.
• NABCEP certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily system issues to maintain plant uptime and meet performance goals.
• Monitor hourly production targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance, including inspections and start-up tests.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment: inverters, switchgear, transformers, breakers, and comms.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and subcontractors to improve reliability.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Provide training on operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting topics.
