Job summary

Recurrent Energy Power Services (USA) LLC is seeking an O&M Field Technician in Liberty, Texas (Houston area) to perform maintenance checks, troubleshoot, and repair solar project equipment. The role requires strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently or with a team, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in renewable energy field.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams and manuals.
• Strong safety background with Lockout/Tagout and Job Hazard Analysis.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily project system issues to meet uptime goals.
• Understand production targets and address any risk of shortfall.
• Follow maintenance schedules and perform routine PMs and tests.
• Identify problems and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, subcontractors and other teams.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and audit warranty claims.
• Assist with commissioning, testing and site planning.
• Participate in safety trainings and adhere to policies.
