Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical/Mechanical or related field.
5+ years of experience in commercial/utility-scale power plant operations and maintenance.
2+ years in a supervisory or coordination role managing field technicians or third-party service providers.
Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, work orders, and maintenance documentation.
Familiarity with SCADA or remote monitoring platforms used to track solar asset performance.

Responsibilities

Manage field technicians and third-party service providers across commercial solar facilities.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders, technician schedules.
Monitor solar sites through SCADA and remote monitoring platforms; coordinate outages and resolution.
Oversee troubleshooting of inverters, transformers, combiner boxes, and other PV components.
Lead daily standup meetings, track maintenance progress, review work orders, and document reporting.
