Job summary

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field service operations for solar PV systems nationwide. You will oversee technicians, ensure safety, and drive service quality to maximize system performance.

You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate scheduling, review reports, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC and warranty obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in solar operations or renewable energy with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, energy storage, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Field Service Technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty work.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact for service operations.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and NEC.
• Review service reports and corrective action plans.
