Job summary

Talesun Solar Technologies is seeking a results-driven sales and business development professional to grow the USA solar module business. You will analyze regional markets, identify opportunities, and build strong partnerships with distributors, installers, and consultants to drive revenue and market presence.

You will lead forecasting, collaborate with marketing for campaigns, and feed customer and market insights back into product strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar module industry or working with manufacturers/sellers to developers and EPCs.
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities.
• Familiarity with customer procurement processes and crafting aligned responses.
• Strong product guideline definition and initiative execution.
• Ability to read financial reports, budgets, and product expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business in the USA.
• Conduct regional market analysis on supply/demand, policies, and competitors.
• Develop relationships with distributors, installers, and consultants.
• Set quarterly and annual sales targets and meet them with proactive sales actions.
• Support marketing for regional campaigns, exhibitions, and launches.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Gather market feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap for PV modules.
