Job summary

T1 Energy is hiring a Production Operator to drive and execute day-to-day work on the production line while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will monitor performance of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about line issues.

This role requires working 12-hour shifts (4-3 / 3-4). You will perform material verification, assemble and inspect solar modules, operate automated machinery, conduct continuity testing, and participate in basic quality auditing and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals, and instructions.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate production information to the Line Leader and fellow Operators.
• Performs all duties in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner as instructed by the Line Leader.
• Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials.
• Identify and record acceptable and defective products.
• Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions.
• Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery.
• Perform continuity testing using a meter.
• Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations.
• Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality.
